Our Unconditional Guarantee - We guarantee our services within 48 hours of a haircut and within one week of coloring. Our services cannot be guaranteed if altered by another hair salon.

Schedules & Cancellations - Our scheduling system has been specially designed to ensure that our professionals have enough time set aside for the service(s) you have requested. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated. Please understand that, in consideration for all of our scheduled clients, your appointment may need to be altered or rescheduled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment. In the event of a cancellation, kindly provide us with 48 hours notice so that we may offer the time to a waiting client. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in a missed appointment fee.

Product Returns - If you are not satisfied with your hair care product purchase you may exchange the product within 2 weeks of purchase. Skin care and/or make-up products may not be returned once opened. Exchanges will be honored for products labeled with a Salon Sama price label.

Cellphones & Pagers - To ensure that all of our clients enjoy their experience at Salon Sama, we ask that you place your cell phones and/or pagers on silent or vibrate mode when visiting us. Cell phone conversations are allowed in the Reception Area Only. Thanks!
